Dry Needling

A thin monofilament needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Ultrasound Therapy

Employs the use of high-frequency sound waves to stimulate tissue vibration. This vibration will create heat and deliver increased blood flow to the affected area

Gait Training

A set of exercises that are specifically implemented by your physical therapist to help you walk better.

Cervical/Lumbar Traction

Used for the short-term treatment of neck pain. It is designed to relieve muscle spasms and nerve root compression.

Soft Tissue Mobilization

A form of manual physical therapy where your licensed PT uses hands-on techniques on your muscles, ligaments and fascia in order to break adhesions and optimize your muscle function.

Electrical Stimulation

 By strategically placing the electrodes on affected areas, the stimulation can help to relieve pain and edema, lessen muscle spasms, and decrease atrophy all while improving circulation and range of motion.

Whirlpool Therapy

Whirlpool therapy is a physical therapy modality that is used to treat several orthopaedic and neurological dysfunctions. While the name may make it sound intimidating, it is a non-invasive treatment that has proven to have minimal to no side effects.

Strength Training

Muscle strength is defined as the ability of a muscle to tighten (contract) and produce maximum force in a single effort.Muscle strength differs from muscle endurance, which is how well a muscle can sustain repeated contractions against resistance for an extended period of time.
